Arjan Klein Kromhof

Born and raised in the beautiful place called Ommen, the Netherlands, I went on to study in Enschede, where I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate & Brokerage. After graduating, I moved to Bonaire in 2011. The island has been an important part of my life and career ever since.

As Managing Director and co-owner of Sunbelt Realty Bonaire, and a Registered Real Estate Appraiser (Register Vastgoed Taxateur BES), I combine running the company with direct involvement in our clients’ real estate plans.

My work includes sales, advice and valuations of residential, commercial and investment properties. I enjoy the variety, from helping people find a home on Bonaire to working through the practical and financial details of a property investment.

I also provide fund control services for banks and other financiers. This involves monitoring construction progress, budgets and the release of funds for projects ranging from individual homes to larger developments.

Within Sunbelt, I have a strong interest in automation, data and technology. I like finding practical ways to simplify processes, reduce repetitive work and give our team more time to focus on clients. Across our sales, long-term rentals, vacation rentals and property management services, my focus is on maintaining quality and personal attention as the company grows.

Outside work, I love being on the water, particularly windsurfing, and I am a member of the BSSA sailing club. Even after all these years, I still enjoy the beauty of Bonaire every day. Being able to live and work here, with the sea and outdoor life so close, is something I continue to appreciate.
