The villa accommodates up to 7 guests. In the living room, sliding doors open onto the covered terrace. The living room does not have air conditioning. A dishwasher, coffee maker, ice cube machine and water kettle are provided.
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom: one has a Queen size bed, and the other has a bunk bed with a single bed next to it. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside, the covered terrace has lounge sets and a BBQ, with a private illuminated magnesium swimming pool nearby. There is also a rooftop terrace, an outdoor sink for rinsing water sports equipment and private parking on the property.
