Account Manager Long Term Rentals | Head of Technical Property Management

In February 2025, my husband, daughter, and I packed up our belongings in beautiful Scheveningen and moved to sunny Bonaire. It was a big step, but one that we are still incredibly happy we took!

Our wish was to spend more time outdoors, have more time for each other, and above all, enjoy a slightly slower pace of life. By now, we can definitely say: mission accomplished!

Since January 2026, I have been working as an Account Manager in Sunbelt’s Long-Term Rental department. More recently, I have also taken on responsibility for the technical property management of our portfolio. I started both roles with no previous experience, but that is exactly what makes them so enjoyable. I learn something new every day and can genuinely say that I absolutely love what I do.

Every day, I discover another new street on Bonaire – provided, of course, that I’m given the right directions! I get to meet new property owners who trust us to rent out their beautiful homes, as well as tenants who, just like my family and me, have consciously chosen to make Bonaire their home.

There is still so much for me to learn, and that is exactly what I enjoy about it. There is always something new to discover, arrange, or learn. By now, I can confidently say that I have truly found my place at Sunbelt!
