Kas Beron is located on the hill of Bonaire's most upscale and luxurious neighbourhood of Sabadeco, with expansive views to the north and south of the island and over Klein Bonaire. The property provides some of the best views on the island for watching sunsets or sunrise. Enjoy splashing in the infinity pool or relaxing in the sun or shade on premium comfy furniture!
On the first floor you have the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms and garage with washing machine. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the living room and open kitchen which is fully equipped for foodies to enjoy preparing Bonaire’s freshest fish or some sun downer cocktails. Also, an outdoor kitchen has been realized at the height of the covered terrace and guest half bathroom
From the living room you look out over the sun terrace around the large swimming pool. This pool is a pool with a negative edge (water level is equal to the level of the terrace) and on the south side an infinity edge has been used where the water falls approximately 3 meters down into the second pool on the floor below.
Next to the pool is another staircase to the roof terrace, from here you have a 360 degree view over the island, the Caribbean Sea and Klein Bonaire. This roof terrace is also used for the installation of 30 solar panels and two large solar boilers for the hot water.
**The two guest rooms are positioned in such a way that both the main house and the guest rooms have a high degree of privacy. **These are being rented for long term**
