Elegancia del Caribe 23 is situated on the top floor of the southern building. The apartment is stylishly decorated and finished to a high standard. The view from the semi-circular terrace is breathtaking!
The spacious living room with open kitchen is tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, and the dining area has a large dining table with 4 chairs. In the open kitchen, you will find everything you need, from pots and pans to cutlery and crockery. A large American fridge-freezer keeps your drinks and food at the right temperature.
Elegancia del Caribe 23 has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king-size bed has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a toilet, and a shower. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed, which can be converted into two separate beds. This bedroom has a bathroom accessible from the hallway. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
